Gestalt Language Processing Activities and Scripts

Gestalt Language Processing Home Program With Specific Child Led Play Based Activities and Scripts

Why are Gestalt Language Processing Home Programs so Important?

A School SLP? Provide this handout to parents to support their GLP kiddos over summer with fun summer activities that are free, cheap or affordable.

Parents/guardians and families are a vital and critical role in implementing the Natural Language Acquisition(NLA) framework and implementing the techniques we use in a clinical setting outside of the clinical setting. This means describing in full detail what Gestalt Language Processing(GLP) is, the stages, and how/what the modeling of language will look like for GLPs. Below you will find a variety of home program activities, scripts, materials and instructions listed. This handout can support gestalt language processors of all stages. Provide this home program to families to support their children in the home environment in the same way you have been supporting them in the clinic
