  5. Subjective Impressions/Observations( e.g. behaviors, irritants, life impact/career impact/social impacts, etc.)

  6. Subjective and Informal Voice Analysis ( Including CAPE-V, GRBASI Rating Scales)

  7. Aerodynamics and other Respiratory Characteristics (e.g. s/z ratio, sustained phonation, words per breath, pitch glides)

  8. Associated/Related Tension Sites (e.g. postural alignment, shoulder/ neck/ mandibular/laryngeal tension, presence of discomfort)

  9. Acoustic Voice Analysis( e.g. Mean Pitch, Intensity, Maximum phonation duration, Formant Frequencies)

  10. Jitter and Shimmer Analysis and Explanation

  11. Voice Handicap Index(VHI) and Voice Related Quality of Life Index( V-RQOL) Scales for impact of maladaptive voice behaviors and impacts on psychosocial/psychological qualities of overall life.

  12. Explanation of how to summarize informal and formal results of vocal and respiratory analysis and evaluation with template outline

  13. Recommendations and examples of vocal and repository related goals and short term objectives
